NEW 'KYC' FOR LPG CYLINDER- PROBLEMS & SHORT COMINGS.

Regarding Filling of 'KYC' form for LPG:-

1.Address*:
         House Name/Flat Floor No./Housing Complex/Building No-
              In many towns, Houses are without any 
              Name.What is to be done in such cases? Many people are living in the
              rented houses at one address,what to do?
2.Telephone No./Mob. NO./E-mail-Many people are not having none or
              one/two of these.Again this is problematic.
3.Documents to be given as address of proof:
              a)Many persons are not having 10 out of 11 documents,mentioned
                   except the 11th option-Self  Declaration attested by a Gazetted 
                  Office -Again this is troublesome to find one for many.
    In the last I like to state that the following important things have been
    omitted from the list of viable documents.:-
             i) Nationalized Banks' Pass book's photocopy showing the address.
             ii)I.Cards issued by Banks,Semi Govt. & Recognized Institutions
                  (Added & fully honored by the State/Central Govts,Constituent & 
                    Affliated Schools & Colleges etc.). &
            iii) Even the I.Card issued by THE INDIAN INSTITUTE OF PUBLIC
                    ADMINISTRATION have not been included in the above list.
          I request to include the above mentioned items also in the
          existing list.This will remove the problem being faced by many.

                           RE-OCCURANCE OF SMALL POX IN INDIA(BIHAR)

OF LATE THIS WAS BEING CLAIMED THAT 'SMALL POX' HAS BEEN ERADICATED FROM INDIA,BUT FOR THE LAST  FEW DAYS ITS' OCCURANCE HAS TAKEN PLACE IN PATNA,SIWAN & FEW OTHER PLACES OF BIHAR.GOVT OF INDIA SHOULD IMMEDIATELY TAKE-UP MEASURES TO CONTAIN ITS' SPREAD.

MY VISIT TO SHRI SAI BABA SHRINE AT SHIRDI

On 6th of Dec 2011 I got the chance to visit SHIRDI to have Darshan of Shri Sai Baba.

I had the Darshan at 6.00 AM & was very much enlightend to see the REVEREND DIETY in front of me.After having Darshan at SHIRDI I left for Shani Signapur (70 KM) to do Pooja of Shani Bhagwan. I again returned to Pune from there & left for Mumbai on 7th Dec 2011.I returned back to Patna on 13th Dec 2011 in the  morning.

WORKING OF 'BSNL'- A PRIDE OF INDIA

     Previously the working of 'BSNL' (Various section) was very nice & efficient,but of late these services have deteriorated,e.g.:-
   1) The Tele. No/Add. Enquiry service have become farce(Specially in BIHAR).In most of the cases it gives unfounded errors.
   2) The new Tele. directory in BIHAR/PATNA has not been published for last several years. &
   3) VAS(Value Added Services)-Online Top-up link is most of the times not working etc.
                                   Will the Departmental High-Ups take-up the steps to improve the situation ?

LACK OF ESSENTIAL AMMENITIES ON INDIAN RLY. PLATFORMS

I want to emphasize that at most of the big Rly.Stations the Toilet facilities are provided on main platform only & on other important platforms they are absent.This causes immense problems to all the passengers in general,but the Ladies,Old & Handicapped ones have to suffer much.Yesterday I wrote via E-mail to the Minister & State Ministers of Railway about Patna Junction(Bihar).Further to-day I forwarded the copy of that E-mail to our Most able Chief Minister also to pursue this matter.I am putting this here to apprise the responsible leaders & sensible other gentlemen to also raise this matter.
